By emailing us for more information you will ensure that you are aware of all the
latest progress as the development takes place. When they become available, you
will receive plans, maps, drawings, a draft contract and additional critical information.
The value of property at Cambium is greatly influenced by its transition from farm
land to naturist village. You are being offered the chance to purchase the 99 year
leasehold on a plot for a very low price; less than the cost of a car. As soon as
development starts, the value of your property will jump to a level much closer
to existing naturist real estate. For example, dwellings in naturist sites in Florida
are currently valued at between five and ten times the Cambium prices. Properties
will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. It would be a shame to miss
your favourite choice of property because we were unable to contact you when the
moment arrived.
If we don’t have your email address, you will be dependent on contacting us from
time to time. We do not share your email address with anyone else and you can expect
approximately 4 to 6 emails a year from us.
